New Brew: That Was EZ

Sometimes things just fall into place. This German style Zwickelbier is brewed in the traditional fashion, producing a malt forward, bready, hazy beer with a fruity aroma. Named for the Zwickel—the port on a fermentor that allows our brewers to taste the beer along the way—this beer is naturally carbonated giving it a smooth, creamy, dare we say…easy finish.
