FROM THE FARM AND THE BARREL TO THE TABLE.
On the last Sunday of each month, our doors will close a bit early and our tables will get a little dressed up. Ray Ray’s hickory-fed smoker will churn out off-menu Chef specialities, and Land-Grant’s brewers will select limited-edition oak-aged beers from the cellar to tap for these special meals. This is Hickory + Oak Supper Club, presented to you by Ray Ray’s Hog Pit and Land-Grant Brewing Company.
Each month, gather ’round our tables with friends, family, and fellow barbecue- and beer-lovers for Sunday Supper. The chefs and brewers will guide you through the multi-course beer pairing while you sip and savor the night’s plenty offerings.
While Chef has a lot up his sleeve, our January menu included:
- 24-month aged Mangalitsa procuitto (sliced & Nduja)
- 20-month whipped lardo
- Ohio Wagyu carpaccio
- Lamb barbacoa
- Hickory smoked beef neck and heart over fresh torn pasta
- Land-Grant beer pairing with every course

Sit down with us this month for $62, or join us at the Chef’s Supper Table for $95! Pull up your chair to this special table situated directly next to the brewhouse kitchen. Throughout the night, chefs will mingle table side and sprinkle you with extra tidbits in addition to the plated meal. This limited seated table is for the dedicated foodies.
