Jeni and her inspiring team of doers, makers, and scoopers have been celebrating Ohio’s strawberry harvest—specifically that of Hirsch Fruit Farm in Chillicothe—each June with their Strawberry Buttermilk Ice Cream. At Land-Grant, we couldn’t resist brewing up a sublime complement to that annual rite of summer.
