Just in time for National Donut Day – we are thrilled to announce that the Dodo Donut trailer has set up shop in the southeast corner of our Beer Garden, where they will be serving up their hot and fresh mini donuts Thursday-Sunday all summer long.

”When it came time to find a permanent home for our little trailer, we couldn’t think of a better place that not only shares our love of donuts, but also community collaboration,” said Dodo Donuts owner and chef Ciara Auddino Barnum. “To be welcomed in like family by the crew at Land-Grant has been such a dream. The way the team at Land-Grant embraces their partners is such a great model of community, and we couldn’t be happier to be a small part of their circle.”

Dodo Donuts made its debut in May of 2021; you may have seen the iconic pink and black trailer all around Columbus and during Dodo’s many appearances here at Land-Grant – including most recently during Jeni’s Strawberry Jam. Dodo Donuts will be joining Ray Ray’s Hog Pit and Mikey’s Late Night Slice in Land-Grant’s weekend line-up.
“Dodo Donuts has been a great partner the last year, and we can’t wait to have Ciara and her amazing crew permanently on-site,” said Walt Keys, Land-Grant Co-Founder and Creative Director. “Their delicious donuts will bring a welcomed sweetness to counterbalance the savory offerings from Ray Ray’s and Late Night Slice, plus – their cold brew coffee will give a boost to our regular beverage options nicely.”

Dodo Donuts offers a consistent regular menu of six classic flavors (Apple Pie, Cinnamon Sugar, Double Chocolate, Lemon Blueberry, PB&J and Powder Sugar with Strawberry Basil Jelly) alongside two or three special seasonal/festive flavors of their delicious, made-to-order mini donuts.

In addition to their new spot at Land-Grant, Dodo Donuts is also getting ready to serve up their specialty mini donuts in the North Market, a storefront they are working to open soon in the space formerly occupied by Destination Donuts.
“We can’t wait to see what this summer brings, because how can you go wrong with donuts and beer?” Auddino Barnum added. Dodo Donuts is officially open here at Land-Grant now – and they’re celebrating #NationalDonutDay with a 90s-inspired Dunkaroo donut.
