With construction, permitting, and occupancy all wrapped up, we finally got a chance to do what we set out to do 2.5 years ago…brew beer!
Last week Jamie brewed our first official batch of Land-Grant beer on our Sprinkman brew house, and the 20 BBL batch of Brown Ale is fermenting away as we speak. Here are a few photos from our first brew day, and stay tuned for info on when you can taste some of the brew for yourself.
If you’ve been following along, you may remember that we took a little trip in the Spring to help take down an and salvage an old barn near Marion. That wood has sat in storage until yesterday, when it went up on the front facade of the Land-Grant taproom. We’re biased, but we think the transformation is pretty remarkable.
Friday 12/15 Is the last day to place an an online order for shipment before Christmas! Our taproom shop will be open until Christmas Eve at 5pm for your last minute needs!
